This time it’s a pair of cute little dot sc domains that stuck in my brain (.sc is the ccTLD for the country of Seychelles).

In another case of corporate brand murder, the folks at NameIntelligence are changing their whois site from whois.sc to domaintools.com.
The reasoning behind the name change seems pretty simple. While whois.sc was short and easy to type, the domaintools.com name helps show that the new site has a whole host of great domain tools.
